Correspondence with the transmission measurement method makes Calorie Answer CA-HM possible to measure foods and beverages that are difficult to measure with the reflection measurement method due to their high water content.
Selecting "alcoholic" modes, an additional option, makes it possible to measure alcoholic content in addition to calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, and moisture.
